Call for Papers: What Works for Africa’s Poorest: Practice and Policy

The Brooks World Poverty Institute and the Institute for Development Policy and Management at the University of Manchester are pleased to announce a call for papers for an International Workshop entitled What Works for Africa’s Poorest: Practice and Policy, to be held in London on 13 January 2014.

Extended abstracts (minimum 2 pages) should be submitted to wwfpafrica@manchester.ac.uk by 19 December 2013. Authors will be notified of acceptance by 23 December.

Some funds are available for travel costs to attend the workshop, and we will try to focus these on participants from the global South. Authors should inform us if they would require support for travel costs. Further details can be found in the attached workshop flyer.
