HDCA Education Officer, Caroline Sarojini Hart, invites individuals to serve as guest editors or contributors to a refreshed Maitreyee e-bulletin.  Based on recent survey results, the three most popular topics for future issues include: Human Rights, Education, Health. Maitreyee aims to offer introductions and overviews of key topics related to human development and the capability approach by means of short essays and reflective pieces, alongside case study reports and news of related events and networks on each special topic.
