  • Biographical info: An Associate Professor at the Universitat Politecnica de Valencia (UPV) and researcher at INGENIO (CSIC-UPV), he focuses his research on the social impact of technology. In his doctoral thesis, he used the Capability Approach to propose a framework for analyzing the social impact of technologies in development cooperation projects (Technologies for Freedom). He has led several research projects on technology and the capability approach and has published in prestigious journals such as the Journal of Human Development.
