At poverty, human development and capabilities from a human rights-based perspective. Participants are working on theory and practice in areas such as rights-based approaches to poverty reduction, the right to development, economic and social rights, the right to participation and the rights to equality and nondiscrimination in relation to poverty. This group invites people from a variety of disciplines – social scientists, lawyers, public administrators, policy makers, educators and health professionals, among others – to join us in considering how we can learn from each other and work together to be more effective in realizing human rights and eliminating poverty.
