On Monday, October 8, 2018 at 11:30 am in the Aula Magna del Rettorato, the Laurea Honoris Causa will be conferred upon Professor Kaushik Basu by the University of Florence, Italy. Professor Basu is  the C. Marks Professor of International Studies and Professor of Economics at Cornell University, and a former President of the HDCA from 2010-2012.
