Appeal for the Right to Science – #EnjoyScience

Few months ago, the HDCA members were invited to participate in a webinar on the Right to Science promoted by the international association Science for Democracy.

The Right to Science is stated in the General Comment No. 25, 2020 on science and economic, social and cultural rights of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ICESCR).

Science for Democracy has launched an appeal to all governments to support the Right to Science and endorse the guidance provided by the General Comment for achieving its full implementation.

By signing the appeal you could join the global community of scholars, policymakers and citizens who promote the Right to Science as human right.

Via the link below you could watch an insightful video on the Right to Science and on the volunteers who are promoting the appeal globally.
