There are three publication series connected to the HDCA:

• The Journal of Human Development & Capabilities, an academic journal owned by the HDCA but published by Taylor & Francis
• The Human Development and Capability Debate Series, a book series published by Taylor & Francis
• The e-bulletin Maitreyee, published by the HDCA itself and targetting both academics and practitioners
